VPN cat is developed by SAFDAR NETWORK SMC-PRIVATE LIMITED. We take every support request seriously and aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
For billing and subscription questions, please include your Apple ID email address (we do not store your identity, but Apple may need it to locate your purchase). For technical issues, include your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version.
Note: VPN cat does not have a username or password system. If you are locked out, you are not locked out of VPN cat – there is nothing to reset. Simply re-download the app from the App Store.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, find VPN cat and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium access until the end of the billing period.
Tap the Restore Purchases button inside the VPN cat app (usually under Settings or Account). If that does not help, restart the app and wait a few minutes. Still not working? Contact us with your Apple ID email.
No. VPN cat operates a strict zero-log policy and does not sell, share or rent your personal data to any third party. We collect only two minimal technical data points: a temporary IP address for server connection and an anonymised device type for app improvement.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund. VPN cat cannot process refunds directly.
